Hi Emma!
This month we’d love to introduce Emma, our Digital Designer in our “Meet The Team” blog series.
In her role as a Digital Designer, Emma creates, manages, and produces digital design solutions for a variety of uses (such as websites, product graphics, social media graphics, brand campaigns and more).
Following the Covid-19 pandemic, an opportunity came up for Emma to move sideways within the company from her role as an Artworker to a Digital Designer due to changing work demands within the print and digital teams.
“I love the beginning of a project: taking a brief and turning it into a design. Also naturally the end is super satisfying, once everything is finalised and in full working order for the client. One of the most interesting projects I’ve worked on at Telescope has definitely been the Mortuary Solutions website."
Outside work, Emma is a very busy woman… She’s often found beside a football pitch watching her two sons training, or being creative with painting and sketching. Emma is passionate about food, and she’s a keen baker (and we’re very pleased about that – our waistlines not so much)!

How do you take your tea?
Strong (He-Man colour!) with a bit of sugar, as I’m not quite sweet enough already!
What 3 items would you bring to a desert island?
Easy – A glass, gin, and ice!
What makes you really happy?
My husband, my children and my beloved KitchenAid mixer (she’s called Maxine).
Where’s your favourite place in the world?
Palm Beach, Aruba.
Tell us a random fact about yourself
Hmm… I once had a piece of art displayed in Doncaster museum, and it was stolen… Also, people tend to be shocked when they hear that I’ve never ever tried a fish finger sandwich!
