The Brief
Since 2018, we’ve been working with British menswear and footwear retailer on their direct marketing.
Initially, this consisted of the production and distribution of around 6 million catalogues annually, produced to a strict schedule.
At the end of 2021, Samuel Windsor was acquired by our account contact, Ed, who was the Marketing Director at the time. We are so excited to join them on their fresh start, and to help them make great strides in their marketing.
The Challenge
With a business relaunch and restructure, comes both great opportunity and great challenges!
In the changing retail environment, it has been a case of before anything else, re-establishing the brand’s digital presence and online store.
When it comes to reintroducing catalogues, timing is key. Being agile and flexible in our approach has been (and will be) essential.
The Solution
Through the restructure, although our input has been required less in the sense of catalogue production, we’ve been delighted to work with the client to devise a strategy for when they are ready to step back into catalogues and direct marketing.
We absolutely love working with businesses in this growth phase, and helping them go from strength to strength, adapting our services to their needs as we go. We can really add value in this way, and make sure the marketing foundations are strong.
Going forward, when the client is ready, we’ll have the perfect mix of direct marketing, catalogue and workflow solutions from our HUB to help them achieve their goals.
