Introduction

The Brief
Following some initial direct marketing work with Ideal Care Homes, our relationship with LNT Care Developments has expanded to include a number of the luxury residential care homes within their UK-wide group. This includes Danforth Care Homes, Adore Care Homes, Oyster Care Homes, and many more!
Our role has been to help our client boost their visibility via door-drop direct marketing initiatives. This is with the aim to attract the attention of appropriate households in the locality of each individual care home across the country.
The Process
We implemented workshop sessions which helped to steer on the overall direct marketing strategy, and evaluated the results following each individual door-drop campaign (focusing on both regional idiosyncrasies and broader trends across the group). From this, honed the leaflet content, target postcode sectors and other variables.
We used our specialist demographic profiling software to discover the best postcodes for the door-drop campaigns to target, produced the printed inserts and provided postage. In addition, our in-house Studio team were on hand to assist with any amends or enhancements to artwork if required.


The Outcome
Together with the LNT Care’s internal marketing team, and the individual care home groups themselves, we have formed a new quarterly marketing plan and best-practice for continuous improvement.
Our team consistently work to get the best value and ROI for our client for each of their 20-25 malings per quarter, making every penny of their direct marketing spend count.
